Be The Changeless, Be The Change too

“The Advaita 222 of Self-Inquiry™ directly points to the primary condition of the ego — not as something to be fought or suppressed, but as a contraction within Awareness itself. When this contraction is clearly seen, it naturally relaxes. From this clarity, yogic regulation, emotional maturity, and conscious living find their rightful place, eventually establishing one in the Heart — the Spiritual Heart.”

~ Rajiv Kapur

I began this website in 2010 to share my inner journey — a journey shaped by more than twenty-five years of sincere spiritual practice, self-inquiry, and life experience. During these years, I was deeply involved in classical yogic practices such as Kriya Yoga and Meditation, while also being drawn to the direct path of Advaita.

Over time, I was naturally invited to share this understanding with others. I met many seekers, conducted retreats in India and abroad, and offered guidance to those interested in inner clarity and self-inquiry. For some, this guidance felt similar to the traditional role of a guru — not as someone to follow, but as a mirror pointing them back to their own direct seeing.
Alongside spiritual insights, life continued to bring very real human challenges — emotional, psychological, and practical. These experiences taught me something important: Awakening by itself does not always calm the nervous system, resolve emotional patterns, or heal long-standing psychological conditioning. This understanding changed the way I looked at spiritual practice.

Rather than rejecting Yoga or Advaita, I began to see them as working at different levels of our human experience.

At the same time, I saw clearly that freedom does not come from endlessly fixing or improving the self.

Today, this website reflects this integrated approach — bringing together yogic regulation, conscious empowerment, and direct non-dual inquiry, with Advaita 222 forming the heart of the teachings.
My intention is not to offer beliefs, promises, or spiritual identities, but to support sincere seekers in developing clarity, emotional stability, and inner freedom in a grounded and honest way.
